Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
We flew to Munich airport and arranged to hire a car from these people. We arrived late at night and had 2 tired children with us. We were not asked to check the condition of the car and it was dark when we took it. We drove directly to a chalet in Italy, parked it in an inaccessible location for a week and drove it directly back. We were then presented with a scratch and told that we were responsible for it. We have witness statements proving our case but the company will not listen to reason. Be careful when dealing with these people.

same problem , but only months after returning car!

I had the same problem with them in March this year . I just drove to
a customer and back, without any problem whatsoever. When I returned
the car, somebody asked if I filled it up the tank and that was it, no damage claim. When I checked my Visa the nxt 2 months my 1000euro was not refunded.
After a lot of e-mails and months, they suddenly come up with a claim of almost 900euro..., so called new scratches.
I rented via agent AutoEurope, hope they can help in claiming money
back! This is a total rip off company! Terstappen, Thriftyhave the same
booth in Munich airport. Please do not let you fooled by their
interesting prices!
On top of that they gave me a lower class car than booked and paid for in advance....!
