Dollardiscount.club Dollar Discount Club, Ordered an item 2 separate times and neither item showed up. Customer service rarely replies and stopped completely as of late.

I Ordered 2 items on seprate cards through their website which I found advertised on Facebook. I bought the item with card that morning after seeing the "Google trusted store" stamp plastared on the checkout screen. Later on the that day I ordered a second one on a different card for my wife. After tracking both items after some time they never showed up after the expected date (Roughly 2 months ago). I contacted customer service, they didnt reply til almost a week later. They said it was possibly lost in the mail, then I told them I had 2 separeate orders and neither has shown up and says the same thing in tracking. That was the last communcation I've had with them since and neither Item has shown up or status has been updated.
