Dolphin Automotive Or CARSCARSCARS67 On Ebay Extremely Dishonest - Do not, I repeat, Do not buy from these people!!! Pompano Beach Florida

I have contacted this unscrupulous seller/dealer more
than 20 times trying to resolve the issues with this auction and we are always given the run around. Additionally, I tried to settle the dispute through Square Trade and the seller did not respond to my assigned mediator($100 more down the drain).The vehicle in this ad does not disclose the interior damage, nor the mechanical malfunctions, or the nonfunctioning keyless entry. The ad says that "if you are unsatisfied" --you get refunded. However, when we expressed our dissatisfaction, they wouldn't honor their ads promise. Afterwards, we left NEG Feedback, documenting our experience. The seller than retaliated by making up some outlandish claims regarding how I rate other users. In the end, the seller agreed to refund ONLY if I removed my NEG Feedback. We did so, and now we've been told that the owner (of Dolphin Automotive, the Seller) is not available to help us! Scammed!
Unfortunately, it appears that EBay cant do anything about the misreprentations w/ the vehicle because no single discrepancies appear to be $1500 or more!

The staff includes the following liars: Joe, Tony, and Michelle. They told us after we removed the NEG feedback that -- we get no refund and that they didn't care about EBay or Sqauretrade. I am currently seeking legal advice because apparently EBay is very limited as to what they can do. My message to you: the buyer, Don't risk losing your money w/ these people!!!! If there is a problem -- you will be stuck! They'll try and make you leave feedback before you receive your item -- or remove NEG feedback when they sit on their$$ and take your money. I serve my country for a living -- an Officer in the military! I don't lie, cheat, or steal - nor do I tolerate crooks like these people -- who do!

There are numerous complaints about them w/ the Better Business Bureau and on Google; only w/ EBay they conceal their identity through a separate username. We just want our money back! They promised us a product and we didn't get what was described -- not to mention, the title, if we did want to register it.
