Dolphin Automotive Wholesale Group ripoff bought $4700 car they said like new I have $2800 in repair est. to fix Pompano Beach Florida

I purchased a 1995 Olds 98 with 48000 miles on ebay from carscarscars67. They said like new, worry free, this is what Florida cars are all about. I had the car shipped to Ohio and upon it's arrival I heard this loud squeeling noise and found that it was the bearings in the AC comp.

After the driver left and I got the car home I discovered other problems such as the headliner is falling down, the windshield needs replaced,the heat and AC controls do not work properly, it blows hot and cold air at the same time, etc.

Their discription was: wow what a find,this is a super low mile Olds 98 in as new cond. you will be getting one of the nicest quality pre owned vehicles we have had to offer. Well cared for near new tires and stunning cond. This is as close to showroom new as can be. This is what Florida cars are made of.

This is false advertising. I talked to them several times,sent the etimates they wanted ,turned them into the better bus. bureau, but no satisfaction. Then I received info from other ebay users that had problems with them also. I paid for the car right after the auction but got no feedback until I left neg. feedback for them and then I got neg. also. This is not right.Fifteen minutes after I left their feedback I got a phone call saying they might sue me for slander. What kind of company is this?
