Terrible Company, Dreadful Service! I contracted Dolphin Express International Shipping for my international move to Israel. My move was timed to coincide with a break in my breast cancer treatment. I decided on the basis of Dolphin Express s claim to reputability, vouchsafed by its Better Business Bureau membership, the (mostly) glowing encomia, and carefully crafted descriptions of its service as displayed on its Web site, www.dolphinexpress.com , to hire this company which represented itself as offering white glove service, rather than hiring the low bidder (included email). I stated previously I would settle with Dolphin Express for $1, 740.06 (included email). In light of what has transpired, however, I expect a refund of Dolphin Express s full fee, $5, 091.25
Although I received lower bids from other movers, my husband and I were prepared to pay a premium to a professional moving company in order to make sure my move would be as stress-free as possible in the interest of supporting my cancer treatment.
Dolphin Express saleswoman sold their services by providing recommendations from previous clients. Dolphin Express claimed to be a BBB member in good standing.
It became clear the moment Dolphin Express s employees entered my apartment that I was not going to receive anything resembling the services I had contracted for. From the moment they arrived, Dolphin Express s employees were incompetent, negligent and abusive (included email).
On my own in my apartment with this group of thugs, I became increasingly frightened and anxious about what I would find once my belongings arrived in Israel.
Yet unfortunately, by then I was stuck. I had to be out of the apartment by the end of the month. If I dismissed these men I would lose the deposit Id already paid to Dolphin Express .
Rather than the white glove service Dolphin Express so exuberantly advertised, what I received for my $5, 091.25 dollars was intimidation, extortion and damaged property (included email), an ordeal that has proven damaging to my recovery from breast cancer.

Positive Experience Dolphin Express Shipping

To Dolphin Express customer,
I am terribly sorry to hear about your horrible experience with Dolphin Express especially in your condition with breast cancer. I pray for your health to improve and a quick treatment.
However, I must disprove your service with Dolphin Express because I had such a positive experience with them shipping my belongings from my home in MA to my home in Israel last year. I researched a lot of companies before I chose Dolphin Express and I found their personal customer service and fixed rates to be the very best in the business from shipping my belongings to Israel. I also asked a few friends that moved to Israel about their services with Dolphin Express/ Lidor Shipping (same company) and they could only tell me positive things about their experience as well.
I did not feel like I was being ripped off at all because all the fees were clear to me from the very first conversation. I had conversations with other moving companies where I felt they low estimated me so they could get the sale but there would be fees on the other side that they were not telling me about.
Every time I called Dolphin Express I got an answer to my questions and when the men came to pack up my house they were very professional and kind. My belongings arrived in Israel after 2 short weeks, nothing was broken, and nothing was missing. The final bill was the expected amount, nothing was added due to fees.
I did not even have to go to the port, all my belongings were delivered to my home in Israel, which saved me a big headache.
I hope you mend the issue you have with Dolphin Express because I found them to be very high-quality people and great service.
