My report is almost identical to the other ones about this company - so I will be brief. I got a call today from the shipping company subcontracted by Dolphin, to say that our goods have arrived in a UK port (from New Jersey), but that he is unable to release them because he hasn't been paid. (This is after the packers showed up a day late because they hadn't gotten paid, either).
I am reporting this today after reading all the reports on this site and wishing to add my voice to it. I just don't want to wait in vain and then report in two months' time that I still haven't received any of my belongings.
I will spare you the complaining - I'm hoping this matter will get resolved. If legal action is pursued, I'd like to join.
