First GoDaddy tells you they cannot help even though GoDaddy owns Domains By Proxy, they often use the same phone number and they are listed at the same address.

Domains By Proxy would not answer my emails until I filed a Ripoff Report and sent them the link at that point Domains By Proxy contacted me right away and they were very helpful
