2004 BMW 760 LI - Unlike the owners rebuttle regarding other reports. He can not give any rebuttle to this report. I 1st brought my car to them 2 years ago to sell. They had it for almost 6 months until I finally said forget about it. I went and picked up my car and there were new scratches, door dings and even interior damage. When I pointed it out the sales rep said no problem bring it back when you havve time and we will fix it. I tried at least on 3 occasions to have them fix it with out success. A few months later I purchased a sister car 2004 BMW 760 LI from Texas for $40,000 so I went back to them and gave them my car back pointed out the damage they did last time and that they said they would fix it.

They gave me a 2 month contract with an 8% commission fee. I told them I would like $20,000 for the car. After 3 months with no calls from them or offers I went to the website and noticed they were asking like $28,000. I called and said why are you asking $28,000 if I only want $20,000 + your 8%. They told me that was just a negotiating advertised price. More to come. Bottom Line after 1 year and lowing the price from $28k to $22k to $17k and $14k - I finally said forget about it. Went to pick up my car this morning 5/8/2014 they said they want $2700 for advertising and stuff. Never did i agree to any of that! Have to go but i will be back to post more details. DOMANI MOTORS - I DO NOT BELIEVE WHAT HAPPEN NEXT

AUTHOR: - ()

POSTED: Saturday, February 27, 2016

After making an agreement with Mr Domani to give him more time to sell the BMW and when sold only half of the $2700 would be deducted we decided to give them more time. After 6 more months with no success we called them and said forget about it we just want to pick up our car. They said no problem just pay half of the $2700 and you can pick it up. We went there not once but on 5 seperate occasions to pick it up and pay the $1350 or so. Each time they would give us an excuse; the battery is dead please come back next week; oh it is in the shop and there are cars behind it please come back; we are sorry but the person with the keys to the shop is gone; then one day we saw it outside and there was a car parked right behind it. But they told us that they did not have the keys to the car parked behind it. Then I had a mild heart condition that landed me in the hospital and home care in December 2015. In January we went to the dealer and demanded no matter what they give us the car. ARE YOU READY FOR THIS! They said we are sorry sir we sold that car at auction for the money you owed us. WHAT... WTF... #1 we never signed any agreement that we owed them money. The $1350 we were going to pay them was kinda like blackmailing us if we wanted our car back. They never contacted me by mail or by telephone that they were going to aution off my car. So I said OK if you actioned my car off wheres the money and how much did you get for it. They said that it was none of my business. NO FREAKING WAY are they going to get away with this. I am seeking an attorney to get legal advise on what to do. WHY with all there fancy Rolls Royce Cars and Imported and Exotic cars would a man, a company do this to an individual who was just trying to sell his car for $20,000. IT IS NOT FAIR - BUYER BEWARE OF DOMANI MOTORS - He once told be personally that it was his NAME on the Building and that he would make it right. I guess his NAME no longer has any value... Please do not believe any propaganda from their sales reps because like most used car sales people they will say or do anything for a $.

UNREASONABLE CLIENT, HARD TO PLEASE, DIDN'T LIVE UP TO OUR AGREEMENT IN WRITING!!

AUTHOR: Domani Motor Cars - ()

We made an agreement to assist Mr. Piccolo in selling his 2004 BMW several months ago. He signed a consignment agreement where the terms of the agreement were clear about all fees associated with marketing his vehicle for sale. Mr. Piccolo originally wanted more money than the BMW was worth in the retail market. After several months of Mr. Piccolo’s refusal to budge on the selling price, we finally convinced him to lower the price closer to the real retail value of the vehicle.  Unfortunately, it took many months for Mr. Piccolo to be reasonable about what his car was really worth. By the time that he came to reality about his car’s worth, he decided to end our consignment agreement for marketing his vehicle.  We billed him for the fees and mechanical service that he agreed to in the consignment agreement for marketing the vehicle for sale and he became upset. We did everything we agreed to do to assist in marketing his vehicle for sale, but in the end, he was the one who wasn’t realistic about really wanting to sell it for its true retail value.

It is untrue that we damaged his vehicle in any way. Common sense would tell you that if we would have had his vehicle in the past and damaged it, why would Mr. Piccolo bring it back to us to sell, if we weren’t to be trusted. His claims are completely false and UNTRUE.

Please feel free to contact us for any supporting documentation.

Mike Domani Personally Called Me on the 13th...

AUTHOR: Felice - ()

POSTED: Tuesday, May 13, 2014

Mike Domani Personally Called Me on the 13th... Mike Domani personally called me since his name is on the business. He was nice and he listen to what had happen. He made an offer to reduced the $2700 to $1350 and to detail the car and see that I got it in great running shape. It seemed like a reasonable offer and for him and I we both have bigger things to worry about in our live so it looks like he is going to still help me sell the car or give it back to me for a total fee of $1350. I have agreed that this would be satisfactory for all concerned.

As for the above summitted rebuttle above from the 14th which tries to make me look bad or like a jerk. Mike did not even know anything about it and I am being told that it was summitted prior to our agreement on the 13th.  For now everything looks good and we will keep you posted on the final results.

At this point I just want what is fair and have all this go away.

At this time because of Mike Domani being a gentleman about the whole issue I am not even going to write a rebuttle to the "jerk" who wrote Domani's Rebuttle.
