I started working with Domari & Associates in 2/2003 as an executive recruiter in which I excelled in making multiple placements. Never had any derogatory statements regarding my performance. In 9/04 I went into the office and was fired and was told they did not need to give me any reason. I was just to leave and would not get my commissions.

Soon after I sought legal counsel which I paid in upwards of 12,000 for to seek my earned commissions of 27,400, but prior to this going to mediation I had to back out due to financial reasons. Although, I have four years to pick this case back up.

This company basically hires people on a commission basis and when the employees perform well, they fire them or drive them so crazy it makes it an intolerable place to work,so the company can keep the full amount of commissions instead of having to give 40% to the employee that earned the commission and solely works on a commission basis.

Very unethical company to the companies they work with, the recruits they obtain and the employees they have working for them.

Very Professional Firm

AUTHOR: Michael Neufeld - (USA)

POSTED: Friday, July 31, 2015

I joined Domari and Associates knowing that I would be responsible for earning my salary and commision split.  They are a very professional firm with a good reputation.  Transparency in the recruiting business is very important and they have always been very upfront with me and others on expectations and meeting goals.  I myself am responsible for my paycheck and what I get in return for working with Domari and Associates has value.  This business is not for everyone. I am glad to be a part of this team.

Excellent firm to work for.

AUTHOR: Mike Cash - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Friday, April 24, 2009

When I read this nonsense I could not let the firm that I work for be represented in such a negative fashion. I have been working at Domari & Associates for quite some time now, and must admit that Domari is managed in the most straight forward professional way. Like a well oiled machine, this firm operates without the inter office politics that the rest of the professional community could only imagine. I have been very successful and happy working with Domari. The recruiting industry is not for everyone. You have to be very professional and have an entrepreneurial mindset to truly reach your potential. I will continue to work with Domari and would like to see more professionals who would like to have the freedom to rise to the top speak with us.
