Dominic Barbara represented me in a custody case and he took excessive legal fees and was no where to be found when I had serious cases pending and I needed assistance right away.  DOminic was sitting with his feet up on his desk reading the Daily News while I begged him for help.  He stole my money over $25,000 retainer and refused to give me my money back or to represent me.  He assigned me to an incompetent assistant.  Mr. Barbara and his staff threatened me and messed up my standing in court.  Pls. report this lawyers misconduct and sue for damages and be sure that this lawyer does not get his license back ever.  Report misconduct and corruption to Preet Behara, to the grievance committtee, to the attorney general, to the inspector general asap
