I came to Dominics fine Jewlery and met with the owner Dominic Maratta. I needed two rings cleaned he stated he would personally do this for me. I returned the following day to pick up the rings and he had inflated the price that I was given and wouldnt honor what I was quoted. A week later I noticed a crack in the ring, I took it back to Jarrods where I had purchased it and insured it. Jarrods told me that the diamonds were not mine because they didnt match the serial numbers within the diamonds. I went back to Dominics angry and demanding, he went to his back room came out and said here you go. As if stealing is ok??? Seriously?? He claimed it was an accident?? Dont go to Dominics Fine Jewlery just imagine what he will do to you.

Dominic's Fine Jewelry has been in business since 1988. We have always wanted and always will be the supporting jeweler to our local community. We find it very offensive that someone would choose to write a report that is entirely not true. Firstly, when we clean a ring, we do not hold the item over night as the reported customer mentioned. Secondly, we do not charge a customer for a ring cleaning, even if the ring was purchased elsewhere, we are supportive and are more then willing to clean the customer's jewelry. Thirdly, a crack in a ring will not happen from a simple cleaning, for a ring to become cracked, excessive wear and or force would have to be placed to make the ring crack. Dominic's Fine Jewelry is an honest family owned jeweler, we do not support theft and do not believe that "exchanging" of stones is proper. We have many loyal customers who would agree.
