Dominion Process Server Takes your money do nothing Toronto Ontario

This company is in business to serve court documents.Send court documents to this company in March to serve a person in Toronto. I paid all the fees to them for the service.They told me the person had moved. As per legal requirement they will file an affidavit and send the court documents back to me, so I can go back into to court and show that all eforst have been made to serve the person.

This company never sent the documents back and after several phone calls and promisses to get the affidavit and court documenyts back i decided to  go ahead and file a legal action against them.

This company is in the legal business of serving court documents and do not do their job. They will take your money and that is the last you will hear from them. I never received the court documents back or an affidavit .

Do not deal with these people. Waist of money and you have to start your court proceeding all over again because they will never send your documents back.
