I moved into my home in November of 2010 and turnd my gas on , contacted Dominion products and services for "ALL" of there warrenties to be included on my bill (i'm a single disabled mom)! They told me i was "all set" and i would see it on my bill! I got my bill and did not see them on it,so i contacted them! They told me,that i sighned up too soon,as the gas was not yet turned on the day i called them to set up service(asked to turn on gas and called products and services the same day)! I asked them why they never contacted me and all that they could say is....they were sorry,but they could put me on the progam starting that day,but if i had to have something fixed the warrenty doesn't begin ,untill i'm on the program for 30 days! Ok fine...all was well,so my warrenty began on Jan 10th. 2011! Today,being 2/28/11 i discoverd my basment was flooding,so i called Products and services! They sent there contractor (assuring me,i was coverd)!the contractors left without fixing the problem! I call Products and services and they said ,that the contractor told them...it was a pre exising problem (there was a crack in a pipe r outside my house,close to the foundation)!! I have pictures,that my basment was dry ,when i moved in! this just happend today and WAS NOT PRE-EXISTING! products and services says that they will not pay do to it being pre-existing and the fact that i have only been on the program for a little over 30 days! there contract "clearly states"....after 30 days YOU ARE COVERD!!! I have actually been on this plan for 49 days (11 days short of 2 months) ,but if they would have had me on it (like they said i was,the first time i tried to sighned up,it would be almost 4 months! the contractor ,that Dominion products and services sent out,told me....if i pay them(the contractor) $1,600.00 ,they themself would fix it!! THIS IS A SCAM!!
! they also could see that my white carpet in the basement,would be totally ruined (not just a lil wet) if it was pre existing!!

I contacted the Ohio Att General's office and it is said,that there have been many of the same complaint (i was the 14th. complaint made)! They also said....they (Att General's office) would do everything,they can to resolve this!!!
