This company likes to flaunt all these Values, and Missions on their websites while no one has ever taking an entire communities maintenence requests seriously enough so that many of us have been forced to move because of OUTSIDE contractors that actually care, and showed us the mold (on our own costs) that has been injuring children and hundreds of residents for almost a year. Their regional managers refused to accept the actual pictures that exist and have been sent to our attorneys as there has been and never been any reasonable (4 months to get back to a resident when your netting 4 Billion is unacceptable). 

They claim low income housing but just use all the rent payments to build interest and build their tax haven while the residents continue to pour in with same health symptoms, sick kids, mold testing, allergy testing. The amount of  time to clean the mold: 2-3 hours after a major hurrican hit the area, instead they waited until all 56 of us were sick, injured, documented their lack of care and sadly they will put some family in a FEMA claimed black mold unlivable unit(s) and keep reaped the tax breaks while more local families get sick. 

Lack of communication and their downright to fix simple maintenance requests is unacceptable and illegal under the Fair Housing Act to provide a safe, non threatening place to call home. Do not believe anything they say as for many years 56 people have had to deal with this disgusting act of  negligence and pay for repairs or move immediately due to health problems. Ask anyone that lives there now and they will tell you their little kids have inhalers, allergies and multiple rashes....and they keep ignoring the severity of it. We will continue litigation and help those that have had to deal with this horribly greedy, and unkempt management. 

Do not enter their units in any state in Florida. You will get sick. This is state wide.
