dominos pizza Pineville, LA military hwy charged deliveery fee, failed to deliver full product then refused delivery pineville. LA Louisiana

 Ordered pizza a sandwich and a 2 liter of coke, was told 35 minutes but it took 65 minutes ( tolerable, it happens ).

problem began when driver forgot 2 liter and apologized  by letting me know everyone at Dominos had the flu and didnt show up for work " very appetizing and pointless excuse " ( i actually ordered the food because i wanted the soda and wasnt near a store )

i signed credit card slip after driver said she would be back in 20 minutes ( i didnt tip her at this point because service was not recieved ).   After 20 minutes  i called back and and a male identified himself as manager and asked if i was at same location  (  Daaaahhh !   " No im a walmart now getting a 2 liter ? "")  i told him yes and  then he said he was bringing it.  

45 minutes pass, its now 2 hours and 15 minutes since order was placed, i call again and  im told i cant get a refund by women that answered ( i suggested maybe i should call the police for theft of services ) then manager gets on phone again claiming he looked for me for 30 minutes" trying to flag me down" he said.    Flag me down ?   did his car breakdown ?

He acted like his lack of intelligence was my fault.   If he asked other person that deliverd the pizza and forgot my 2 liter he would have known exactly  where i was.   He likely was lying ( he certainly didnt spend 30 minutes looking for me  ).

I told him to just refund money for the 2 liter (  should have refunded pizza also )  he told me if i wanted refund i had to come and get it.  And accused me of cursing at his staff.   Is telling them this is BULLShit really cursing?  After over two hours of thirst and nothing to choke the dry pizza and sandwich down and listening to the specials way to many times while on hold .     

I didnt have ability to get to his store and he knew it...     

THEFT OF SERVICE:    charged delivery fee then refused delivery

because his business wasnt managed properly
