Purchased a truck form this company on Thursday October 15, 2015 Drove to Covington, TN on Friday to pick up truck from Leesburg, GA. Was told by Charlie the salesman they would hold truck for me. I had a certified check in the amount of $38,000 to cover cost. I was late getting out of Albany, GA due to having to wait for bank to open. Took over nine hours to drive to TN. I realized I was not going to make it before the dealer closed as they closed at 5:00 P.M. I called when I reached Tupelo, Miss. and told Charlie the salesman where I was and if he thought I would make it before they closed. He told me he would call me back before he left and find out where I was and would wait if not to far away. Six oclock came and I had not received a call so  I tried to call him, got a recording saying the party you are trying to reach has a voice mail that has not been set up yet. tried to call three times and got the same recording, got to Covengton and they were closed, got a motel and was at dealer Saturday morning at 7:00 A.M. walked around lot trying to locate truck, found it parked at shop behind office, they were working on it. Another gentleman came out an spoke to Charlie, I don't know what he told him but at that time Charlie told me the truck was sold. We exchanged words, I explained that I had tried to call him and got a recording, asked why he had not called. He said the telephone line had gotten knocked down and they had no phone service. Strange how the telephone company came out and replaced line and had him up and going by seven the next morning. These people should not be allowed to operate a business in any state, they are liars, scame artist, and have no compassion for their fellow man. The worst experience I have ever had with any business. It gives the state of Tennessee a bad name. People have a notion that all people in this state are this way. The BBB Bureau should shut them down. They should not be allowed to aquire a business liscense.
