In such circumstances, it was clear to us that the judge should have recused himself to maintain the integrity of the court.

The idea that I would allow someone to tarnish my reputation with lies is simply unacceptable. I vividly remember the moment when the adjuster and the defendants were already in the judge & #39;s office, strategizing with their lawyer before we even had a chance to present our case. It felt deeply unsettling and profoundly unfair, a scenario that epitomizes how some individuals believe they can manipulate the system to their advantage. They operate under the assumption that their cunningness will shield them from the consequences of their actions, but little do they know that evil deeds eventually catch up with those who perpetrate them.

In the midst of this chaos, I was taken aback by the baseless claims made against me. I never sent 200 emails, nor would I inundate anyone with that kind of correspondence. It & #39;s infuriating to realize that a new individual, perhaps another puppet in their scheme, has chosen to spread these lies. Their heavily biased approach mainly targets car accident victims to deflect blame. It seems that Progressive, the insurance company involved, played a significant role in painting me as the villain despite the fact that they totaled my vehicle yet were reluctant to cover the amount owed. When I spoke with the adjuster & #39;s manager, it became clear that they acknowledged it was the fault of the woman insured by their company.

At that moment, an overwhelming sense of justified anger washed over me. I had the right of way; the other driver had absolutely no justification for barreling out of her driveway and colliding with my car. My resolve only strengthens as I confront this wrongful narrative, and I will not rest until my story, the truth, is told and upheld in the face of deceit.

The issue was that repairs previously paid were deducted once the vehicle was totaled. That is Georgia law. Chucky, his maw maw and Gramps flooded our office with over 200 emails sent at all hours, and maw maw Mary Jones yelled at me over the telephone. You know, you really should know all the facts before you start in. People like you who declares themselves victims, who want something against the law, gets tired. Mary and Charles Jones of Phoenix City, Alabama wrote this complaint to my working knowledge both are dead and I will soon die. The complaint was bogus to begin with. I have asked that this false report against me be removed. They refuse.  With the cost of medical care and limited finances managing my illness I have no money for an attorney to remove what has been published. So I am pointing this out and am asking again that this complaint be removed. There is really no purpose in having the complaint here because it was convoluted and inaccurate to begin with. It gave bad information to consumers and no doubt has made life more difficult to my former employer because of inaccurate content. To not remove it only means to me that Ed Magedson is a sensationalist and not really interested in the best interests of consumers, or anyone. I hope he reconsiders his position. However I am so sick now that I cannot say that I should care.

The phenix city municipal court lets people falsely accuse you. This is called "CORRUPTION" Because of the police siding with the hawthornes this is what lead me to be assaulted and verbally abused by my other neighbors who live next to chaz and ashley hawthorne. They have caused nothing but hate for us. 

Alabama has a stand your ground law. Which you have the right to defend yourself and scream back at anyone who starts screaming and using foul language against you.

Accident victims have been sent to the poor house because of insurance companies waiting to long to settle a claim. Don Cameron unjustly hung up on me and the put it in writing that I screamed at him. Poor baby look at how unfair and unjustly he spoke with me. And my son van verify that I wasn't screaming because he was on the phone and I recorded it.  Accident victims can't get justice because of people like don cameron in these insurance commissioner offices. That is why these iinsurance companies commit fraud on the accident victim because they refuse to compensate them for all damages.

They get the accident victim to sign the release and then tell them that they're insured was insured for $100,000 to cheat them out of a fair settlement. By state law of Ga the accident victim has the right to request a copy of how much they are covered. But they hire lawyers and everything else to cause more misery in a victims life. Insurance companies are scum of the earth!

Accident victims are powerless to get the compensation they deserve when dealing with big insurance companies. To add insult to injury the insurance commissioner office makes them poorer just so the insurance company can save their money. Its not fair. These insurance companies get away without fully compensating you.

And then after you sign the release they laugh at you about their insured driver was insured for a lot more. Insurance company adjusters are dirty devils.

I don't yell at anyone.  You were the one being abusive toward me and didn't want to hear my side of the story. Like most sexist men who think all of us woman are "STUPID".  And I didn't "SCREAM" at you and you know it. Its also abusive to "RUDELY HANG UP ON A CONSUMER IS TRYING TO SOLVE  A PROBLEM.

We pay these insurance companies to help defend us in case we ever hit somebody or if somebody hits us. But you insurance commissioner people let them get away with ruining peoples lives and they have to go around, with damaged cars.

Don had the phone on speaker to where my voice can be louder. But he didn't wan't to hear anything that I had to say. Anyway the insurance company did pay the rest "PROGRESSIVE" and made my parents pay $1200 when their insured totaled our car and progressive fought tooth and nail not to pay for us a new car.

We also wasn't just going to hand over the car when the body shop people said they would not repair it due to wires and PROGRESSIVE was going to kill us because they could not put the wires back together 

Most people have to drive with damage cars because these greedy insurance companies don't want to pay for the damage that their insured has caused them. The Insurance Commissioner is guilty for not enforcing laws on these insurance companies who commite fraud by not paying for peoples damage or replacement cost. Or leave them in "FINANCIAL RUINS"

If they are still paying for the car in the event that it gets totaled in a car accident.  And the insurance company drives the person mentally insane by not paying off the loan. Even though a "WOMAN" manager at prograssive over ruled their smart mouth adjuster who put the blame on my son.

The women backed into my son when he had the right of away. He was already moving so he didn't have to stop. She should had stopped. Oh well ITS ALL UNDER THE BRIDGE.

The person who wrote the complaint about me is Mary. She either now or formerly lived in Phoenix City, Alabama. Mary was not the subject who filed the complaint with the DOI, it was her Son, Bobby. Somewhere in the middle falls Gramps, who may be the Father of Mary. Neither Mary nor Gramps was the actual subject to the complaint but they became involved in contacting me because they evidently felt little Bobby (an adult) could not handle the situation. Bobby chose to believe his ignorant Mother.

Bobby had an accident and filed a claim with Progressive. Progressive initially considered the vehicle repairable and paid repairs. Later, there was additional damage found and the vehicle was declared a total loss, following the supplementary appraisal. By Georgia law the company can, at their choice, repair, replace or total the vehicle. Fair market value is a fact question resolved through the courts but that was not actually the issue here. Since repairs had already been paid, once the vehicle was considered a total loss, the company was entitled to deduct the repair figure and was perfectly within their rights to do so, so the claimant would not collect those damages twice. This was too difficult for Mary to understand, or she elected to ignore the correct information. Mary would not listen. Mary wanted to collect for repairs twice, by stating that the company was not entitled to deduct them off the total loss settlement.

Mary screamed at me over the telephone that they could not deduct for the prior damages already paid. She screamed at me with such ferocity that an employee two work stations away could hear her screaming at me. She, Gramps and Bobbly callied the office repeatedly and over several months sent well over 100 email messages, at all hours, presumbly because they did not have much to occupy their free time. They harassed repeatedly my late Supervisor, myself, and others. As you can readily tell by Mary's grammar and usage, she projects herself as being uneducated, very borish and very uncooth. "Being screwed" is the verbiage of a very common person.

So far as my being a pig racist that hates women, that is absurd. For the record, I believe that I am the same race as Mary. I am Lay Minister, and am actively involved in a number of charities in my community, including those that strive to help minorities, the poor, and certainly women.  I have received numerous letters of compliment during my DOI employment from consumers, and have nearly one-third of a century of experience.

My undestanding is eventually Mary and Bobby took this to court. Mary called wanting to file a complaint against the Judge thereafter. There was nothing we could do to pursue a complaint against the Judge. This is a lady who won't listen.  Reasonable and smart people know that frivilous lawsuits add to the cost of what everyone pays for goods and services. Mary evidently gave the court a good laugh at her expense.

This complaint is absolute nonsense.

 

The insurance commissoner office Is suppose to help people,   not punish them and to make sure insurance companies do the right thing they are on the insurance company side not the consumer.  I was not treated fairly.

The insurance commissoner Is here only to help,  "SCREW" us over.  They help insurance companies get away with treating us "WRONG" & "UNFAIRLY".

You have some nerve telling me the thing's you are saying,  I wrote this complaint almost 3 year's ago & know you'er just KNOW replying to It saying how much don helped you.  Leave me "ALONE" I don't care If you like don.

I was nice & respectful but he wasn't that way toward's me,  I wasn't offered any help I was only told there was "NOTHING" they could do to make the insurance company.   I have told the truth how I was treated from don cameron & the Insurance Commissoner office. 

I received no "HELP"  so In closing.  "F***" you.  People don't have to put up being treated like crap.

Because he was real "NASTY" to me then,  this was almost 8 years ago when I made my complaint to the Insurance commissoner office agaisnt a insurance company.   I was "NEVER" "RUDE",  or did I "YELL" or "SCREAM" at him. He was just a plain butthole toward's me.  The Insurance Commissoner  office "ALLOW'S" insurance companies to "RUIN" & "SCREW" people's live's.So If you think you have "RUINED" my day,  you didn't.

The,   Insurance Commissoner helps Insurance Companies.  Get away with treating people like crap.  So don't come here telling how,  good off a person he Is.  He didn't "HELP" me,  my problems only got worse.  So you are "FULL" of It.

I have dealt with this gentleman and that most indeed he is. I found him professional, soft spoken, extremely polite and well mannered with great communication skills. He is proactive and he helped me a great deal when I contacted him in 1996 and again last year. He very truthfully told me what he could and could not do, then he did what he could. He gave me a lot of very good information and sources to obtain a good idea of what my claim was worth. He explained several laws for me in a way that I could clearly understand them.  He never gave me a hard time. In fact, I was suprised and delighted by the service I received. I never expected to be helped so much by a state agency.
