Don Jackson Car Dealership In Union City Fraudulently sold a car to my daughter and Mother-Lyric B and Joyce M that had engine problems. Union City Georgia

My mother and daughter; Lyric B and Joyce M were sold a 2016 Charger in July of 2017, just over a year ago. They were fradulently sold a car with engine problems, this car had only 32000.00 miles on it at the time of purchase, My daughter noticed a knocking sound coming from the engine and was told after several diagnostics what the problem and the cost of the wotk., well the lifters are gone among other things and its going to cost well over 3000.00 to fix this car. In which the victims have on ly had it for over a year. We contacted the corporate office several times in which is was reported to my daughter, Lyric B that the car had been a rental car with Dollar rental, with constant driving and lack of maintenance. My daughter however, when since she purchased the car has had all scheduled maintenance completed on vehicle. Long story short she was told to bring the car into the dealership and they would look into the issue after all the diagnostics the dealership ran they have decided to not only pay for the vehicke but discontinue the rental they provided to her. Stating the warranty was out., we knew that of course why the heck do you think there's an issue if the warranty was still valid, but Don Jackson salesman not only would not provide CarFax they neglected to to explain that he would need an extended warranty after the dealer warranty hasd expired and non of that was communicated. I want this complaint filed and the Media to get involved. Don Jackson needs to be exposed for their shady dealings.
