Don McClain, CPR Commercial, LLC is a total fraudulent company who has scams people out of upfront fees on private equity financing requests, excessive charges on audits, charges new brokers coming on board with CPR Commerical a $495.00 sign up fee and charges fees for "leads" that have no value. Don is currently running advertisements all over the country trying to recruit naive people he can scam. CPR Commercial has never closed a financing deal and uses the cover and the statement that he has relationships with legitmate private investors.
My recommedation is to disregard anything Don McClain says and if approached do not take anything he says as the truth as he will take you for a ride and when he gets what he wants or you get to close to what he is doing you will not hear from him again. He was residing in Austin, TX but recently moved to Magnolia, TX as I am sure the heat was catching up with him.
