One day after the original post, which was a year and a half ago, another poster who saw or was informed of the original post, filed an update.  Very similar to the first report, you could swear the same person wrote them both.  In fact we believe that is the case.

What are the odds that the second poster went on the internet one day after the original post a year and a half ago, found this exact website and posted a report that mirrored the first post.  Same remarks, same line of thought, same fingerprint and DNA so to speak.  And then neither one of  these anonymous posters was ever heard from again.

And out of the thousands and thousands of customers we have who actually bought our products, no one has posted a complaint.  Not one of our verified customers has ever filed a complaint, ever!  Only this anonymous person who states he never bought anything from us has complained.  It does not take a rocket scientist or a brain surgeon to conclude that these malicious posts have nothing to do with the store and the renewable energy products we sell, but that this poster has only one agenda, to slander and hurt me personally.

He states: I did my due diligence on your products, Solar Panels will not save you Money.  My reply is that millions and millions of Solar Panels have been sold and installed in every corner of the earth.  All you have to do is ask one of those folks if their Solar System reduced or eliminated their electric bill.  The answer will be yes, we save money.

He states:  This man has failed at numerous other businesses in his life.  My reply is that this is not true, we opened our doors to do business in Yakima, WA in 1979 and have been in business every since.  We are a member of the BBB and the Chamber of Commerce and they will testify to our creditability.  We have been in business for 36 years, the store is an entity that will survive for decades after I am gone.  We install and offer service on all of the products we sell, we have since 1979 and we will for decades into the future.

He states:  “BE CAREFUL IF YOU ARE GOING TO EVEN THINK ABOUT DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS PERSON!!!!!!”.  My reply is that you should do your due diligence before you do business with anyone.  Again this poster is showing that his issue is with me, personally.  Not with the store which seems to be an innocent bystander.  Our store was established in 1979, we are a member of the BBB and the Chamber of Commerce.  We employ many people that are paid considerably more than the average worker because this is a very technical field and they are highly trained to do excellent work.  COST LESS ENERGY has been awarded as one of Americas Top Solar System Contractors for the last three years in a row.  Not one of our competitors can claim that distinction.

Recap:  The false, defamatory and slanderous statements posted by this person may be seen by some, maybe you, but if you due your own research you will easily see through the treacherous intent of his posts and will see that his statements are not true.

I will state again that we know who filed these false, defamatory and slanderous posts and we are taking the proper legal action to have them removed.

He also states that he was going to do business with with us, but he says he didn't.  If he did not do business with us how did he get Ripped Off?  Why did he file this bogus report on Ripped Off Report?

COST LESS ENERGY has been in business since 1979 and we have thousands and thousands of satisfied customers.  We are a member of the BBB and the local Chamber of Commerce and they will testify to our character and to our commitment to total customer satisfaction.  COST LESS ENERGY does not have even one complaint filed or levied against our company, not one, ever, since opening our doors in 1979.  That does not mean we have never had an issue with a customer, that means that in the very rare instance of an issue with a product or service, we tend to it immediately to achieve total customer satisfaction. 

The anonymous poster of these false and defamatory statements obviously thinks he has some secret insider information.  It is true, we did sue Costco, and we won.  That is public knowledge, researchable in the court records.  What it has to do with his false and defamatory statements seems irreverent.  We believe we know why he included that tidbit, that connection will come out later when he goes from anonymous to an accuser with a name, address, phone number and email address that we will post here.

 If you are a potential customer of our company and would like to be kept informed of our progress in bringing this malicious poster to justice for false accusations, slanderous and defamatory statements regarding our character, please note this.  We are posting these writings on a bulletin board in our store for all to see and read, as this case unfolds.

 We are not afraid of the false statements posted by this person and we will fight to prove they are false and slanderous  We recommend you do exactly as he suggests in his post “Do your own research!!”  Thats right, two exclamation points, just like he posted.

I was going to do business with this person, Don Mills of Yakima Washington.  His COST LESS energy is a joke.   I did my due dilligence and yes, he is some peice of work.   He was dishonest about everything.    The products are not going to save you money and this man has failed at numerous other businesses in his life.   He may not be here to stand behind this product.   BE CAREFUL IF YOU ARE GOING TO EVEN THINK ABOUT DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS PERSON!!!!!!
