This company is based on the california west coast...they are the worst company that we as comsumers have done business with. My husband and I bought our wedding (PLANTINUM) rings with this company..3 months after our wedding my ring broke in half....being paltinum and my husbands ring turned yellow...we are both administrative office workers and we dont do no more than work in an office environment....when we took the rings back they were bery rude and demanded to know what i had done to my princess cut ring to make it brake..i was very upset and afterwards my husband and i relocated..and were in the process of looking for employement...at the time we had been current with our payments but decided to activte our insurance plan that was bought thru this company....which states that it would kick in and make our payments if became unemp0loyeed...well we tried that and they gave us the hardest time to the point that they never activated our insurance plan...we fell back on our payments and our credit got ruined. WE HATE THEM..as a company and the POOR lack of training for they employees on CUSTOMER SERVICE. Please if you ever shop at the malls on the west side...CALIFORNIA AREA don'e ever buy anything from this company...they are SUCH LIARS AND NEVER COMPLY WITH THE THE CCRA. HAVE A Great x-mas.

We find out about this report a couple months a go we are very interest to clarify this matter. We have search for Mr. George and Mrs. Brissa account number to find out what exactly happen, also we search on our customer service records to see if we have any complain from this two customers and we haven't find anything.
Our goal as a company is to have our customer satisfy, not just with our products but also with our customer service.
In reference to this complain I will love to have Mr. George and Mrs. Brissa to contact our customer service department at (888)466-5300, so they can explain to us the situation and find out why the insurance company did not cover for there unemployment.
We look forward to hear from George and Brissa and!
