The claims are not rationale and inconsistent, indicative of the malice of the author.

It is true that I am an attorney, it is true that the author was a friend, and it is also true that I offered to assist a friend in connection with her nasty divorce proceeding.  The author never discloses that she never paid me for my efforts, but this undisclosed fact supports her representations that were only friends.  In fact, the author admits to advising third parties that we are only friends and we were not dating.  These admissions by the author regarding our friendship serve to undermine her attempts to label me a rapist.

Her claims of stealing money are equally false and fabricated.  The author explains that she contacted the party that was to pay her in order to guarantee that she would receive the money directly from that unidentified person.  Her statement, however, establishes that I never held the money and, as a consequence, could not “threaten to keep the money” as she now claims. 

The author fails to mention that our friendship ended in 2012, some five years prior to her malicious and libelous posting.  Ask yourself:  why did she never file a police report to document these serious claims and, instead, post this malicious content after many years of complete silence.

In conclusions, the allegations are total fabrications by a scorned friend who, after that passage of many years, has now sought to humiliate and injure me and my professional reputation.  By reason of these malicious actions I intend to seek redress by pursuing all remedies, in law and in equity, in a court proceeding.
