I purchased a manufactured home from LUV Homes in 10-04-05 and have had nothing but problems with the repair that they knew about 2 weeks after I moved in. Everytime I would call, they said they would take care of it and it happened a little at a time. After they repaired a few thing it needed repair again two weeks later.
There was damage to the refrigerator and the tile in the kitchen floor. They said they would not cover it. They replaced the tile in the kitchen. Two weeks later the grid is breaking because they did not seal it. They also told me that they would stretch the carpet after the home settled and that never happened.
Now the year is up and I am having problems with the Pueblo LUV Homes because they can't find my file.
