Donald Roy Hartunian rip off we paid he did not do the work according to you contract, verbally abuse me over the phone los angeles California

  this lawyer  was a referal from beverly hills bar assciation, referal service

 trusting the compnay i have call his office but was not sure if i was ready to hire him

we spoke over the phone, but the next day and all week  aftre

he was harrsing me with his phone calls, beggng me to hire him, promising to do a great work

after his numerous phones call i agreed to hire  

he said to me that he wont do the retainer  asking for cash i refused to do that

then he told me to pay for his service via pay pal

we sign the contract and paid the next day  (1,000$) sum of one thousand dollars 

accoding to the contract we signed, he had to do : 

1. an agreement with tenants ,

2-3 two sipulation of entry,

4.3 days notice,

5. file an eviction

6.negotiate with  the tenants 

 as soon as this laywer got paid his attitude and  promises he made to me changed right away,

he   falied to preform the srevices he promise he will do for me 

had to call his office  to remind him about our  agreement

 he give me an argument, abusing me i warn him saying to watch his languge saying if he wont do the work today as he said he would am firing him and hiring another athrney  my husband wrote him e-mail as well saying the same things

 immediatly after ths converstaion he sent me one piece of paper -one stipulation of entry where he made alot of mistakes

i wrote him  right away indicating such he said he will make corections and e-mail me corected document first thing in the moring  next day however even by noon time i did not heard back again i had to call reminding him about his promise he said that he is tried of this on which i have answered that if thats the case  ithen  please refund us the money we paid you since  we could not wait any longer we need to hire another attnrney! 

 he said to me that he wont refund us  money! i have sent him numerous e-mails  and got nasty responses; he start making up excuses and storeis just to not give me my money back  

 We did check up on him aftre this happen to me and found out  that  this reffral attorney was dicliplined by local bar association scamming cleints in the past ,another thing  is that his speciality is an injury  law and not i an eveiction  as he said he is, he missrepresent himself to me to  scam  me figuring out that as foreign person i would not  prosue him  

 Pls help   me !
