Projady LLC is a hacked company jad m owner of projady llc in fear of donald vineyard sabotoging his business on an investor steven shapiro with attorney osmond burton and the businesses Jad M was an operations manager of was Chance to enhance, Money Blueprint, mapleside marketing, partner with donald vineyard of J & D 3nterprises donald vineyard sabotoged websites of the nominees vilma shoquist, gerals shoquist and gail mercer with threats of blackmail, extortion, involved with meth addicts colten pishotta and cori pishotta and jason brendsel who lived in jad m place selling and supying drugs in the garage of address location 1286 E. Vermont Dr. Gilbert AZ 85295.

I, Jad M promised donald vineyard 10,000.00 to leave and stop harassing me in fear of him and his family. Wife Kathy Vineyard with sons garry vineyard and gregg vineyard lived homeless in jad m home and working jad paid them wages.

Garry managed to get free and this happened the night donald vineyard was released from jail with wife kathy vineyard picking him up and bringing him to the home.

Steven Shapiro a client sold by jad m was promised returns and money from stock investments leads and website fulfillment that Donald Vineyard is responsible for fulfilling on.

I, jad m wanted to invest in the registry program of shane orlando with 6000.00 of 15,000.00 of steven shapiros money he wired to me and charged with Projady.

Don Vineyard was harassing Jad m for back wages and I was saying we had to use the money to invest with steven shapiro to make him a return on his investment. Well I paid Don vineyard in fear.

So Steven shapiro since then has hired the attorney osmond burton to serve jad m with email threats as well as blackmail for documents. Jad M called mr osmond burton to set up a payment plan and agreed to around 500.00 - 2000.00 a month and osmond burton replied that he wanted all paperwork from steven shapiros investments.

Don Vineyard business partner of J & D 3nterprises was not supplying the documents in exchange for wages he felt owed yet fulfillment wasnt done on his half of the wages whichwas agreed upon.

I jad m paid him and i still didnt get the fuflfilmnent and paperwork promised. making me liable and appear as a "Con Artist".

Don Vineyard and Jad M created the company jade dojo and Jad M paid 95% of the investments at 2101 e broadway rd suite 5 & 6 tempe az 85282 with landlord owner brandon payne.

Brandon Payne as a witness noticed serveral things wrong with the vineyard family and said he felt they were on meth.

Don Vineyard hired ivan wilcox a former independant contractor of major online auctions a company owned by jad mis 2008 that shut down due to company differences.

Ivan wilcox has been arrested in tuscon for prostituion to minors in the office of Jade Dojo that jad m put all his name on that was partners with donald vineyard as a silet partner.

Jad M was investigated by the fbi regarding ivan wilcox and his involvement at my company.

Ivan wilcox girlfried and ivans attorney requested me to show paystubs i didnt haveto get ivan out of jail. I was requested to make up fake pay stubs and false wages earned to release him and i refused. The fbi ten talked to me at my home.

Jad M was informed by ivan wilcox and shown meth in don vineyards bag he left open one night at the office befroe ivan wilcox disappeared and was arrested in tuscon..

I Jad m approached don about it and he at first lied about it then admitted it. 2 months later I, Jad M chose to walk away due to non fulfillment issues and excessive chargebacks to merchants vilma and gerald shoquist and gail mercer as of don vineyad not spending the 50% as was intened for the business.

Donald Vineard and kathy Vineyard was homeless living in the office and throwing bbq while their children were not in school.

In concern by Brandon Payne the lanlod I agreed to walk away from everything we worked so hard to build togeher to his drug problem.

These merchants due to jad m selling on the phone belive he is repsonsbible 100% for these circumstances.

I, Jad M have contacted them on countless occasions to clean up the mess yet was not able to as still of yet.

I, Jad M created the company Jade Impact and took over the office of Michael Hoffman and Phil damiano of universal payment systems.

I paid michael hoffman and phil damiano 12,000.00 for office equiptment.

They both said they could help with cleanin up my office and said for anothr 2000.00 michael hoffman would write a script for jade impact to help assist in th mess.

Phil Damiano is dealing wth several attorney situations and is as of this time somewhee in florida.He said he could help me with compliance and ulfillment issues with my company and i knew he couldnt due to getting his office shut down yet I considered phil damiano a friend and choose to take on the task.

In the meantime donald vineyard felt he was still owed around 2000.00 and i wouldnt pay him. He then committed credit card fraud forgery and theft of my debit cards and i filled out police reports and had him and kathy vineyard arrested for the charges out of the projady account.

I later spoke with don and in exchange for no longer harrasing me and calling this even if i dropped the charges he said he wouldnt assist steven shapiro and osmond burton in pressing charges against me. i reluctantly complied.

Once the charges were dropped his family has harrased me with facebook posts, slander, extortion and threats if i dont either pay them along wit tammy vineyard on facebook profiles all logged and recorded as evidence.

David Johnson a former independant contractor of major online auctions assisted don in several matters and agreed to help move don vineyards and kathy vineyards belongings yet has no license and to my understanding is wanted with warrants by the police. I have no evidence at this time due to heresay.

My mother patty m is a witness and spoke to donald vineyarda nd kathy vineyard regarding a bed they said that was needd for tammy vineyards back.

I, Jad Moriris agreed to givre donald vineyard all the office equiptment in storage yet he refused and i was even willing to pay him 2500.00 to help him and his family out with a full notory and he refused which I believe he is up to some maniplulative tactic.

Jade impact Hired alexander Hyer an independant contracter extrememly knowledgable in computer skills who expressed he could clean up all the computers that i bought from michael hoffman and phil daminao second hand and so i knowing nothing about computer much said sure. he wiped the computers assecced the entire jade impact network as well as my facebook accounts my cell phones and ipad devices.

He stole and committed check fraud of jade impact I jad m have proof of that was notifyed to me by Brandon payne the landlord of my current office location.

I choose with a full confession of alexander hyer to the staff in agreement to him paying me back to not press charges.

He has since sabotoged my network my facebook my phones my clients my personal relationships with texts i didnt send then i erased making my life a living hell.
