I went to DonCosa for a consultaion met a man Named Fred He was very nice He was explaining how it works about 35 in to the consultation A women comes in to the Room. I was so mad She entered with out letting us know just in case I wanted to cover up ( Which I would have ) She starts talking a mile a minute Everything Fred Had said she explain it again . She was very aggrassaive Con-artist off course I didnot see it coming. She told me the cost would be 3,800 for a full head 16 inchs and the she would do my hair since she is the master tech What a joke . should have been red flag #1 master tech has the time to keep me in the room for 1:30 after fussing about the price she said she could give me the same look for 2900 . I agreed ....She said she can do it in 3 days get my hair and everything . My friend went to NYC office and waited weeks and she loves it needless to say Stacy was not her master tech . I come in to get my hair done .She tells me I have to pay for a perm .She never told me that while I was in the room for 2 hrs during consultation .Ok I paid it .The she brings my hair in ,I looked like if they got it from the floor in about 15 pieces all types of textures OMG I went in to shook ,She was again a fast talker and sold me on the idea to let her finish I did . Half My head was left out she told me that was a full head . The world would say it was not .It was not a complete job . No pontail , NO hairstyke possiable but alot of crying , She then told me if I wanted more hair it would be more money which I told her I did not have back when I agreed to get this done , But She was very hungry to get my money . I left that day with half a head done . went to my car and cryed till they closed . Went home and my husband the a*s that he is and the reason I went to don cosa to start laugh at me ,Till his tears came out . I was so excited to get my hair done that I had invited 8 of my friends to dinner @ my house . I was the joke of the night . I tryed to reach stacy after this to see if she can help and she runs from me . Leason learn She is a money hungry person who lies and says what ever she has to till she gets your money then she has nothing to say . I never had anything like this happen to me . She looked me in my eye and promise me I would be happy instead my hair is worst . I went to work with my hair ,and My boss sent me home cause the kids where making jokes .With that said I want to Thank Stacy for making a fool out of me . I hope that 2900 made a differrence in your life cause It kill my hope and trust in people .
