Donnelley Gopidsa, CEO of Donjayz LLC, advertised cell phones on www.hoobly.com (as well as a few other sites). On 9/11/09 I contacted him by email to get a quote and he returned email quote to me. We had conversation for the next few weeks regarding the order. I recieved a signed and notorized contract and was instructed to send him the completed contract as well as $14000.00 (YES 14k) for a bulk purchase of cell phones which was performed on 9/23/2009. The funds were not to be negotiated until I recieved the phones and was satisfied with them. Gopidas negotiated the check 5 days after reciving it and told me my items would be shipped. To this day I have not recieved any phone, refund or correspondance from this company.
Do Not Engage in Business with this man or company. Do not believe any positive reports you read online about Donjayz Inc as I believe it is Donnelley himself who is posting these claims.
Come to find out (after the fact) phone/fax and addresses he was using belonged to various extended stay hotels in Pleasanton CA.
