Donna Belle Beauty unknown Ripped off my checking account Internet

Donna Belle Beauty face creams, this business is a rip off and scam artist!  They offer "trial sizes" for face cream (anit-aging) 1 oz. size and eye serum .05 oz. size, all you must pay is shipping and handling of $4.98 each.  Please make sure you read their policy and fine print because I guarantee they will rip you off. You must be an attorney to understand the policies and fine print.  So, like a fool I ordered the "trial sizes" in late September 2018.  the day I received the order I sent Donna Belle support an email telling them to cancel any future orders and to close my account.  five days letter I sent it again  No response.  We were reviewing our checking account online and notice we were charged $89.92 for cream and eye serum $84.95.

I was upset and called the phone number on the bank charge, had to try three or four times before anyone would answer the phone.  Spoke with custoer service and explained why I was so agitated.  She said the "samples" I received were the actual products and that's why we was charged.  I told her this product was not worth the shipping charges must less what we were being charged.  She offered a 60% discount on this order and a discount price for future orders.  We were not interested in using the current product and no way we would ever place an order with the company.  She claimed she spoke with a "supervisor" and offered a 75% discount and canceled my account and stopped all future orders.  So, these "trial sizes" ending up costing us $47.72 plus the $9.96 shipping.
