So I received a survey from CVS via text message. I did the survey and afterwards, I receieved a "gift" for doing the survey. I chose my gift which was a purse for which I haven't received yet. I had to pay 6.99 for S/H ok no problem supposedly it's a $100.00 purse. We will see if I even receive it. Anyway, I read that they automatically sign you up to receive a mans or woman's watch every month and I will be charged $99.00 every month. They listed a phone number to call if you want to cancel said membership with in 15 days of doing the survey. I called that number to cancel the membership and it wasn't in service! So I searched the web for their information I did find them and there was a different phone number listed. I called that number and spoke to a man (name withheld). I informed him that I wanted to cancel my said membership. He In turned tried to get me to stay of course by offering a lifetime 20% discount. I thanked him but declined the offer. He also said that my purse was delivered yesterday March 12th. I, in turn informed him that today was March 12th and that I had not received my purse. After telling him many many times that I just wanted to cancel the membership he finally gave me a cancellation number. We will see if the purse ever comes :/
