DoorsSupply.com Sent wrong merchandise and order to delivery was 6 months New York New York

Ordered an Interior door from this company June 2016, for this particular door it said 6-9 weeks delivery. Also said in stock. I contacted the company talked to the sales rep, and also the sales woman that was helping me. We went over what I needed in detail, I sent pictures made sure the order was correct before placing the order. Six weeks past, then nine weeks past I contacted the company and they told me they would follow up and let me know. No one followed up I had to call them again, finally they told me it was being made. Christmas came and left, New years came and left. I was given the run around by this company, finally I get the door in late February 2017. I did not open it until I got it to the location where it was going to be installed. It was the right model of door but the glass was wrong. I ordered a 15 tier slat door and this one was plain. The inswing was ordered to the left and they had cut it out to be on the right. I contacted them and they made excuse's. For the slats they told me to get some Italian film screen and put it on the glass to replicate the 15 slats. The sales rep that I had talked to has also moved on. They gave me the owners email and he has not responded back either. They will not respond to any emails I have sent or call me back. Be very careful and don't be tricked by their website. Not a reputable company.
