Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
I signed up for free service at Doostang. I later agreed to a trial of premium service. Doostang has charged my credit card $39.95/month for many months even after I emailed the Billing Inquiries portion of the Doostang site to stop service and refund my prior months' money. I can't track down a phone number to contact them. I've filed a complaint with American Express about these charges. But unfortunately you can't put a Stop Payment on a monthly charge to a credit card.

Sorry for your loss.
A business enterprise must have backup coverage plans. But even so, you must have been out of your office for a very long time, say a month or a month and a half.
I emailed your website's billing inquiry email address and another email address at Doostang in early September,2011. You charged my AMX $39.95 in September,2011 and again $39.95 in October, 2011.
I'm embarrassed to say how many months you've been charging my AMX card without my permission.

As the Community Relations Director, I am happy to confirm that we do offer refunds to customers who have been unsatisfied with our product. I was out of town for the weekend due to a family emergency and responded to all billing inquiries submitted on 10/14-10/17 last night. I would also urge people to make sure they read over our renwal and refund policies briefly to ensure there is no misunderstanding. Our contact address is doostang at billing dot com. The day this report was filed, our customer service director was out of the office, because of a death in his family.
