Its been quite a long time since I have responded but I have read the Rebuttal to this Complaint and decided to update it? for number one I was put in Jail as mentioned for putting in a Road this Company Paid me to do I nearly Completed this new Access Road at their request when I was Charged for not having adequate Permits which after getting out of Jail the Victim admitted I was Falsely Accused and Wrongfully Convicted?

and the Mental Health Cleared me as not at fault for unethical actions by the State which Playton admits they were involved with in effect was encouraging me to put the road in knowing I was going to be charged for it avoiding obligation through Verbiage which would hold them unaccountable for any incurred violations this was un unbelievable planned Sting working with State and Federal Agencies their Goul was completed when they got me to trust them with my Large Mining Claim Holdings trusting them they would hold them from harm and keep them Valid after getting a Quit Claim Deed suddenly started acting odd when I brought this up they evaded any further honor of any agreements regarding the Claims and as I proved suddenly Promoted the increase in Holding unexplained as to how they got them.

since then I have lost a second time to the same Group which included going to Jail yet again were again the Mental Health again had to get involved and use their Powers to get around the Unethical State a second time without further Court procedures, and giving me a Firm Warm in Writing perfect reference stating I was a Model Patient and they all enjoyed my stay and warned me that the State was not to be trusted and to please try not to some how get back in a spot they could get at me again as she said Keven we cant say why but the State seams to have it in for me congradulating me on my Perfect Behavior and best of wishes Dorado Equeties has with these Co Partners failed to find Values without me and thankfully.

It is very apperent that Dorado and associates stood to gain a huge monitary gain in what they all had planned and it worked accept they did not find what they needed to pull off the end results in further Studdy I see that Dorado is still active in the Area which is why I am updating this report?

the Records show they still have a holding in the area but due to their Failure have reduced their holdings but their Web Site clearly points out that they still have this massive Holding in the area to the Public which would be a Fraud on the Investors.

  I am just pointing out that I had recovered my Claims only to be attacked a second time and now have given up recovery of them but now with research find that again they have failed and reduced their holdings to only my prised Claim were my Equipment was being stored to prohibit its recovery to themselves which I had won in Civil Court prior to the first time.

I was in the Right but the Correspondance was too huge and they refused to honor my Court Orders I think their Rebuttal explains their selves to be the Instigators and even points to their involvments there in thanks from Kevin Bergman the Victim. 

The person that wrote the report is a contractor that was fired for cause and has a documented history of blaming everyone else for his problems.  He is on probation and required by the courts to undergo a mental evaluation.  For that reason alone I am paying no more attention to his ravings.  Below is a copy of his termination letter which has been provided to his Probation Officer.  It says all that need be said about this individual.

RE: TERMINATION OF CONRACTS AND SERVICES

Kevin Bergman:

You are hereby notified that all agreements relating to contracted services are cancelled for non-performance.  Also, the LETTER OF PERMISSION dated January 7^th 2015 (attached) giving you permission to be on Company property is hereby revoked.  You are not to enter any lands owned or controlled by this company, including the areas covered by all claims purchased by Dorado Equities Inc. in November 2014.  You are notified that you are in default of that certain agreement relating to the purchase of those claims and the company will exercise all options granted to it under the contract and provided by law.

Furthermore, you are to turn over all company property and equipment and provide the company with a detailed accounting of materials purchased by you on behalf of the company using funds provided by us.  Your refusal to do so thus far is of great concern, particularly given the photographs you have sent which show unidentifiable paraphernalia for which we can discern no reasonable purpose.

On a personal note Keven, which I am hesitant to express given your erratic behavior of late, I cannot fathom your reason.  You have received over sixty thousand in fees for services plus additional sums for the purchase of claims and equipment.  I have come to your aid on so many occasions both financially and otherwise, and yet you now seem to delight in any opportunity to escalate conflict and even attack me personally.  Your paranoia is what drives you and I cannot rationally justify any relationship with you going forward.

The company is being put to great expense because of your behavior.  We are now in the process of hiring another group to perform the work on our properties which you either refuse to do or are incapable of doing and you are directed not to interfere with them in any way, and if you do, we will use all legal means at our disposal to hold you accountable.

You are at another cross roads Kevin.  If you choose to continue to mount attacks against me personally and the company similar to those you’ve leveled at other miners, the district attorney, the state of Alaska, the department of land management, the state police, the federal government (need I go on?), then I will again use all legal means at my disposal to hold you accountable.  I advise you to govern yourself accordingly.  Perhaps you should take seriously the recommendation of Assistant District Attorney Andrew Baldock and “seek a metal health evaluation”.

Finally, the social security number you provided is not correct.  Please submit your real social security number so we can close your file.
