Dorian bond Bond investigations Paid $500 for nothing Phoenix Arizona

I hired Dorian Bond as a private investigator in my child custody battle. I was told he charges $500 for the first ten hours and $200 an hour after that because a friend referred me to him. After our initial consult I paid him the $500 and he was going to go and check out the house and cars that day. I know he went because I got a call later that night asking to explain the cars that he saw.

After that night I tried to call him a week later and could not reach him For three weeks. I called a number that I had for him but it was disconnected Now. I researched other contact info online but never got a response from email or calling his office number.

I ended up having to call another investigator my lawyer referred me to and paid him to do my research. About six weeks of trying to reach Dorian and my new investigator trying to reach him I got an email saying he was in the hospital. I get things happen but how am I supposed to know. Is there a reason your team could not call me and let me know? Even after he was out of the hospital, I received one call from him but then he avoided me and my new investigator.

I asked for all the info he found to be sent to my new investigator or my $500 to be refunded but that never happened. I am a single mom and can not afford to give my money away.
