Merchandisers are to sign a contract with a $50 fee. With that fee comes your own website to make additional money, free shipping on orders, 1 year membership to being able to purchase and sell and the promise of 10-12 new prints weekly. What we got... no website, free shipping, got fired before our 1 year was up (signed 3 months ago) and no refund and refuses to give it even though p&p before stated they would, and then they changed it and I didn’t agree so i was still under old p&p and quit and they didn’t follow their own contract.

Never got the new prints promised, received summer fabrics and prints in winter and in addition to that received prints from months and months before that wouldn’t sell. We’re told make lemonade out of lemons and sell. Dresses always came defective, uneven hems, leggings weren’t the same length in the legs, prints were upside down, sizes were labeled wrong and the soecial editions dresses fell apart in the wash. Threatens with ciest and desists if you don’t stop posting about your opinion of the company on Facebook to other merchandisers and tries to tell you what you are allowed and not allowed to post about even though you are no longer under contract with them because they rudely cancelled the contract without your knowledge.
