We took a basic plan for cell phones. Then Alltell ad's on TV says you can up grade at any time. We DID. However for 12 months every month we got hit with extra charges. We would go into the same office every month and every month they would change the charges to match the up-grade. After one year of this crap we closed the account. And low and behold we got hit for the charges on the old plan.
I tried to contact Alltell for almost 2 years to fix this problem. And every month they kept giving me the runaround. " we will look into this sir" And of course that would be the last I ever hear from them. I even sent the credit reporting agency a statement it's not my bill. But Alltell just keeps ignoring the problem. Makes you think how many millions they make off of people who don't fight the false charges.
