dothop.com took over RedZ after redz had a reputation of charging customers with clicks that were not real. They felt that by changing their name they could hide all the bad reputation of RedZ.  After paying the company I notice that I was getting fake click-throughs and being charged for them. I immediately contacted to stop running by adds, they kept runing them so they could continue to deplet my account. After 11 times contacting the company through e-mails and phone calls I ended up being ripped-off about $550.00 usd.  DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU DO NOT WANT TO BE RIPPED-OFF.

Unnatural Traffic - confirmed

AUTHOR: R.C. - (United States)

POSTED: Friday, March 29, 2019

I remember my last company that I worked for had RedZee for years before I came on board.  They stated their traffic rates were the highest they had been, but their sales activity did not reflect a return.  It stayed the same.  So I went in and studied the patterns.  I noticed that when a specific hour hit, a surge of traffic would come through.  I was able to verify this through Google Analytics and several other tools I was privvy to.

As a marketer, one thing to keep in mind is not just the click, but also is there an increase in leads (calls, emails, inquiries, RFQ's, etc.)?  Has the company seen a proportionate return on revenue?  If this is not the case, the investment is not working.  Plain and simple, SALES numbers don't lie.  I convinced the owner from my last company to drop them ASAP.  Traffic is not everything.  QUALITY traffic is everything.  The direction that Google algorithms are heading will detect activity like this right away and ultimately penalize you for it.

Although we would like a quick workaround, we use white hat SEO tactics, not this obscure black hat company called "dothop" aka RedZee.  89.95% of users around the globe use Google, 3.99% use bing, 2.84% use Yahoo!, and 0.56% use Baidu, as of January 2019.  Based on where the users are, why would I use dothop?  Any claims that dothop/RedZee has... well today, 6 years later with a great deal more experience in SERP trends and analysis than my last job, I personally would never consider this company.  And I will always spread the word about the discrepancies this company attempted to explain to me, as a seasoned marketing professional.  It's an insult to try and feed me their sales pitch, really.  I brush it off and move onto better tactics.  Don't waste your time, and warn the others.

Greetings,

To whom this may concern since this post is posted anonymous.   DotHop has a guarantee on its traffic and utilizes the latest in click forensics to track its clicks.  Also DotHop never keeps a balance of unused clicks.  If you truly are a true person or business that signed up with us and didnt get a refund or can show clicks that you suspect we have a department that handles this.  I am having a real hard time believing you called DotHop 11 times with no avail.  We strive although not perfect to deliver clicks and a great rate.  Although bad clicks are rampant on the net including "Google"  we do monitor these clicks and never charge for clicks that are deemed suspect.  If you truly are an advertiser than simply call 1-800-883-7712 and ask to speak to Suzy Hatnuk or Kristina.  I see this with our competitors all the time making false claims to gain a competitive edge.  These remarks are untrue so please call and resolve this direct.   Anyone can just come to sites like this and make any claims they want trying to discredit any business they feel like it.  Not Cool....

Also it is no secret that DotHop took over Redz's patents.

Call us direct and see we answer our phones. 1-800-883-7712
