Dottie Giudice I ordered one small skin product for $4.95 & received another eye product for $5.95, did not order Longmont Colorado

Free trial offer and only pay for S/H of $4.95. I agreed to receive bottle of allumineye skin cream. I received the  bottle of skin cream and a eye cream, I did not order.

On 8/2/17 they took out the $4.95 and $5.95 for the eye cream I did not order.  I work full time and left on a trip the 11th and returned on 14th at 11:00 pm. On 8/15 they took out $86.95 out of my account for the eye product, which I did not order.  Also  took out $89.95 for the Skinboostpro product.  Thats a total of $176.91.

 This is not right.    Here I am Wednesday the 16th, called and spoke to Breana about 11:19 am.  She said they do not accept returns, as I wanted to send back. I got upset with her and told her I need my money back and she said she would take me off the list.

Now I am going to call again and try to get the $176.91  back and   the $5.95  for the eye cream I did not order. I am so shocked, as I usually don't order things on line.  Mostly christian book stores. Now I'm on line reading about the company. What a horrible lesson.
