When we signed up with Double Click Consumer Research in March of 2008 we were promised 20 telemarketing generated leads. These leads were supposed to be with potential customers who were actually interested in sitting down with our representatives. We paid a total of $2,280 up front (big mistake).

After months of nothing being generated other than a bunch of excuses we finally received a handful of leads. The quality of these leads were so incredibly poor we would have been better off picking random names out of a phone book. When confronting our "Account Representative" (Tanja McMillan 410-480-0035) about the quality of leads, we were promised they would be replaced at no charge.

Shortly after this lie it became increasingly harder and harder to get a hold of Tanja. Our last response from Double Click was late July 2008. Letters we have sent trying to contact them are returning to us and phone numbers with full voicemails (probably from other upset customers) are beginning to be disconnected.

If someone actually makes a rebuttal from Double Click on this website it will probably sound something like: Eagle Security did not live up to the terms of their agreement. Don't even begin to believe a word they utter. The contract was simple. We pay $2,280 up front, they provide us 20 quality leads. They failed to do so and have now run off with our money. Therefore they are in violation of our agreement.

BEWARE: Do not associate yourself with any company owned by Simon Robert Allen or his wife Christine Allen. Neil Davies & Tanja McMillan, former employees of Double Click, should also be avoided.
