I was offered a $100.00 certificate to view properties at the Retreat by David. Upon arrival Marcesa became my representative. After showing me three properties see indicated someone just signed a contract for one. However there were absolutely no other prospective customers in the building to purchase at the time. With the two remaining we were reluctant to make a decision that day.

However when we asked for the $100.00 certificate promised to us for viewing the properties we were told that since we looked at another property we were not eligible although this was not told to us before we booked the tour.  When we asked how long before we could view another property, David was vague with his answer “a long time, then he replied “two years”.  Bait and switch!!
