Double Down Casino DDC Slot machine freezes when you win a big jackpot. My chips disappears when I am not playing. Internet

 This is my second complaint with DDS.  The first time I kept hitting the jack pot it would freeze take my chips and wouldn't get the winning.  I sent them a letter and a generic letter was sent to me.  I kept asking them to look into their freezing up when I win.  Again generic letter and my case was close.  There is no phone number to call. 

This week again my game keeps on freezing booting me out of the game and this happens when I am bidding my money.  Few days later I had over 10 mm in chips missing.  Again I sent a letter and they replied with a generic letter stating that when there are too many player at once it falls behind with the winning and lossing chips so they go after you have played to determine how many chips you lost and your chips disappears.  This is a total rip off.
