DOUBLE U CASINO FACEBOOK DIRECT VIOLATION OF F.B. CONTRACT TO PROVIDE FUNCTIONAL GAMES Internet

 I am a user of facebook, i played at this casino double u casino through my facebook account, it;s one of thier many casino apps. available to facebook user's. double u casino released a new slot machine game on De. 10,2013 "PINOCHIO" i played the game and then relized that what i was winning WAS NOT WHAT I WAS GETTING, in this game you are able to get the multiplier" a fairy" symbol, and in all of the case's i am reffering to there has only been one (1) other symbol along with the multiplier, therefore the entire win is being multiplied, no other symbol's where present .300,000,000 x's 4 should be 1.2 million token's in winning's, but repeatadly i would recieve only 500,000,000 at best, when i wrote to DOUBLE U CASINO  about this thier response was "WE ARE SORRY FOR YOUR CONFUSION, THE MULTIPLIER ONLY MULTIPLY'S CHOSEN SYMBOL'S IN THAT WIN, NOT THE ENTIRE WIN" and i replied with" ONE (1) SYMBOL WITH THE MULTIPLIER MAKES IT HARD TO BE CONFUSED ON WHAT IS ACTUALLY BEING MULTIPLIED, THE ENTIRE WIN IS IN FACT MULTIPLIED IN THESE CASE'S". this has been going on for 19 day's now, today thier response is" WE HAVE FOUND NO PROBLEM'S THAT YOU DESCRIBE DURING THE PERIOD YOU ARE TALKING ABOUT"........ and let me just say that is a bold face lie, and from what i have read thier contract with facebook require's them to provide "FUNCTIAL GAME'S" that mean's game's without the ripp-off gliche's like "PINOCHIO" has. thier policy is to LIE TO THE CUSTOMER, CALL US LIER'S, AND BASICALLY SCREW YOU. i have yet to find an avenue through facebook to complain to facebook directly, everytime i think im filing a complaint with facebook, the end result has been,"we dont look into these cases, but may use this information in the future to help provide you better help service"...what's up with that?
