Doug Levine of Miami Beach has a pattern of asking people to work for him, changing the terms of the agreement and then insisting the workers perform the way he thinks it must be done, ignoring workers time, expense and dignity.
Upon further review of his dealings with his current employee, all the workers & contractors that he's manipulated in the past, it is obvious that any business dealings with Douglas Levine is a high failure risk and will result in being manipulated by Levine.
We were warned by an individual close to Douglas Levine prior to starting work, but thought that a signed agreement would protect us. We were wrong.
Doug Levine creates an environment that makes it impossible to continue to work and hopes that the workers finish the work with the intention of not paying or having the workers become so frustrated after most of the work is done within his disfunctionable work conditions that they say, "you can keep the money, we just can't continue with you anymore!"
Please walk away from Doug Levine, regardless of his "charming" ways... you've been warned.
