Doug Plattner is a cruel evil wealthy man. He uses his wife Marci to help him steal from his employees. i worked for this man for months, then when he was done with me, he just stopped paying me. he hides behind his wife and some stooge named Chuck kessler. what a coward. i have now lost my house and my wife has left me because with no money and the fact that i worked for this thief, i cannot get a job.
how can it be legal for this to happen. i thought that when you did the work you wrer hired for you should get paid. he witholds your pay check so you will quit and then fights you for the un-employment. i hope he gets his some day. if i had the money to go after him in court i would. for now i will report him to the state of florida. i have documents that will get him in trouble with the DMV and the attorney general. this will be a pleasure. Chuck Kessler will be named in everything as well as Marci Plattner.

as if Doug Plattner is not bad enough. he hired a real idiot named Chuck Kessler. this guy claims to be Doug's right hand man. i believe that is like being the assistant scum bag.
this dumb $@& really thinks he is running several stores, when in reality all he just is a messenger boy for Plattner. now Doug has his wife and his stooge to hide behind. chuck, if you are any kind of a man you would realize that you are just a pawn in Doug's game of hide and seek. Doug plattner ripped me off, and he will pay some day. if enough people get together and find a lawyer to get this a$% hole, he will lose some of his precious money.
he took me for about $2000. but i would rather lose a little money, than work for someone like him. hey chuck, do you just sit around and wait for some table scraps from doug. LOL

I understand everything you wrote in your report. I left just 3 weeks ago and they owe me a couple thousand dollars in commission from Aug. that i cant get a straight answer on. There has to be a way to go after him i know they have been doing this to managers for a long time most just let it go and try to make it somewhere else before they get in a situation like yours. I am going to the Labor board if its not straight by the end of the week, but i know there has to be more we can do to hurt him.
What about a class action suit with a few employees like us that were stolen from by him and marcie? If you can get a lawyer i know of at least three of us that have the same story.
I know for a fact that he lost the Belle Glade new car franchise and he continues to bring cars from the other two lots he didnt lose out of his 11 and sell them there.
I know that its against the rules of the dealer agreement to do that and i can testify that he is and has been doing it, even after he took a portion of the wind down money.
I agree with the statement on Chuck Kessler he is an idiot and thinks he knows everything about the car business but when placed in a position to be a success he fails, and he is constantly caught in his own lies.
