Douglas R. Finney, J.D. Langford, Tristate Security ripoff, fraudulent, dishonest, bad checks Danbury Connecticut

I have known Mr. Finney for a little over 6 months. I met him thru a friend of mine (to which he owes money to as well). At the time i met him i was unemployed, which he was aware of. After getting to know the type of person i was he invited me to become his assistant (filling in for his current assistant who was "absent"). For a period of approximately 5 to 6 weeks I was employed by his company as a "contracted service".

I was handed a check for the hours I had put in and to my misfortune the check bounced. This incident happened in April, to this day Mr. Finney has promised a check to cover the fees that were caused by the check bounced and the hours after the check was administered. The last time I heard anything from Mr. Finney was in the month of August sometime in the begining of the month. I have gotten news that this is not the first time Mr. Finney has done this before. I'm writing this complaint in hopes to get help from someone. I still have any and all documents that he handed me etc, including copies of the bounced check. I also have in my possession copies of the faxes that i sent to him making him aware of the balanced owed. I am ready to take any and all legal action against this person if he fails to comply.
