It is so loud including the motor cycles driving in and starting up at all hours, the female on the 3rd floor yelling at her beta males after she has sex with them and kicks them to the curb, the cars and trucks pealing out of the lot, the gas powered blowers tossing dust in the air, and the fraud cop and fire department sirens blasting all day and night.

It is so dirty, they dump their trash on the neighbor's yards, they park their cars on the neighbors property, the manager allow kids to run around in the streets with broken glass completely unsupervised.

The manager is so rude, she hobbles around because she is unhealthy/overweight but makes others come to her as if the people that pay her money also work for her!  The advertising is visiual pollution and no one wants to stare at the number of the apartments or the 100 signs on the office door and mailboxes saying nothing about what actually needs to be done like respecting the private property of others.

Granite Court Sexual Child Abuser Joe With His Parental Child Abducting F Buddy

At Granite Court there is a criminal named "Joe" who appears to be the one causing many of the problems from this apartment complex and uses the manager or others in the apartment complex as a scapegoat. He seems to live in apartment 104 with a parental child abductor who has stolen a pre-teen little girl from their father so she can have sex with Joe with no life long commitment around the stolen child in the studio apartment. The corrupted manager seems to encourage this.

When Joe cries wolf to the cops, he pretends to be other people in the apartment complex using various apartment numbers and address that belong to others instead of his to avoid problems with his false report. He will say his neighbors are talking too loud on their private property to get a false domestic violence claim much like swatting. 

Joe has been getting complaints from his neighbors for years about the broken down cars he parks on the neighboring properties. Maybe he does this because he is jealous not have a family or a spouse and does not want anyone else to have one either. It is sad that he can not find a real wo man so he feels forced to have sex with a leathered up child abductor who also can not find anyone to have sex with her since she abandoned her spouse.

Joe and this child abductor have been observed by neighbors neglecting the child as well by not watching her and allowing her to get burned by a BBQ set right next to some explosives.

CPS refuses to return the stolen kids to their father enabling the abuse to continue at Granite Court Apartments

CPS will not help return this child to their father because they only break apart families and instead will misuse our tax money to further abuse the child so there is no use in asking for their service. 

The criminal manager allows small children to bike around the local streets and around the roads on apartment property with out helmets which is against the law and very unsafe. This criminal child abuse purveyed by the manager and the new boyfriends of the child abductors is a form of neglect since helmets have been required by law in Spokane County since 2004.

Scam managers keep deposits from those they owe and make false claims that the apartment was left dirty. One of the most abusive disrespectful (((REDACTED))) cry wolf coffin apartment managers I have seen yet. These apartments are a total ripoff, completely over priced, and right next to a busy street where police and fire are going through daily with sirens. The apartments are so small for the money you might as well just buy a tent for $20 and disbursement camp. She lets small kids play in the streets unsupervised where other children are beaten to a pulp as cars drive by. Something their father would never let them do if the children were not stolen from him with the assistance of the child abusing manager. She lets people park on the neighbors property even with signs up saying not to and then allows apartment trash to be tossed on the properties near by. The obese one that lives above this manager yells at the guys she has over for sex once she is done for no reason and kicks them to the curb with out notice almost nightly. Never even visit this location. Even though the people on her property just above her apartment yell and abandon their guests in the street at all hours, the fraud manager here cries wolf and says the neighbors are yelling on their own property just to misuse the local enforcement. There are many brand new apartments on 4th and better yet check into the houses near Liberty Lake! Way better deals out there.
