DOVENMUEHLE MTG LIARS , RUDE, DISHONEST Lake Zurich, Illinois

I tried more then once to re-modify my loan. The first time no one called me, I had to constantly call them to see where the file was or what was going on. Finally I was given a rep and spoke with her maybe 2 times, the last time i spoke with her she said I was to start paying an amount the next month and then they would check to see how it was going. A week later I received a letter stating my modification wasn't approved.

The second time, I had a very friend rep. and sent everything they asked for and he stayed in touch with me, however again denied.

No one has ever heard of this company, and those that have when I google it say the worst stuff
about them. They are liars , dishonest and their reps are rude. !!!

I am always receiving emails about how banks are forced to give modifications and forgive past bad payment history but they don't. My sister didn't qualify with her company for a modification but was told she could pay so much for 6 months untill she got back on her feet ..

This company is looking for everyone to just forclose or do a short sale, that's all they ever tell me.

If anyone is going to a lawyer please let me know ..
