Downbound.com Charged me for full order but didn't send all of my order and won't respond to my emails Internet

Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
I ordered two items from downbound.com and I received 1 of the items it was a bit slow but at least I got it. I didn't get the second half of my order.
When I try to contact downbound.com about the item I haven't received they don't answer their phone and won't reply to the emails I have sent. I was charged for the entire order although I haven't been notified if it has shipped or if it is back ordered or what the current situation is.

After initial problems Downbound.com came through. They have excellent customer service. Once the problem was noticed Downbound.com was more than happy to more than make up for it. I would definitely recommend Downbound.com to everyone. I actually plan on making future purchases from Downbound.com. I may have been a little too quick in posting the initial complaint. I apologize for giving Downbound.com this blemish on their record and I hope that this report doesn't keep anyone from making a purchase from Downbound. Again, I apologize to Downbound.com and I would recommend Downbound.com to anyone.
