Downbound.com cheated a student out of a backpack Internet

I ordered a backpack from downbound on 9/5/08. The money was taken out of my bank account three days later, yet the website still says that the order is still processing till this day, almost two months later. Do not buy from them, they don't answer their phone, and although they say that that will ship out the product due to the "processing" problem, which was a month ago, there is still no progress or response from them since.

They send my package after some emails back and forth with the manager. The problem was due to some changes in the work place. All in all, I got what I ordered without any other problems and the product was in good condition.

Downbound.com strives to satisfy all of its customers with prompt service and fast order delivery. However, I have searched all of the specifications for this order, and am unable to find it in our system. I have looked through all orders on and near to Sept. 5, searched for customers named Paul, and reviewed all recent backpack orders. I can find no unfilled orders. Further, we have no customer records whatsoever for anyone in Alhambra, California. If the original filer of this complaint can provide me with information that will help me to identify his order, I will do everything I can to ensure his satisfaction.
