After a google search, I discovered that this website offers (after a membership fee to download free materials, in which I have found all of my 5 ebooks (which I sell via legit ebooks stores online). The website is well documented as a scam and you get nothing but pay the fee, non-refundable. I also found my first ebook on google docs with a direct link to the download-genius.com and have filed a complaint with them.

I have spoken to so many other writers about the same being done with their ebooks on the site. I made a formal complaint on IC3.gov but have no reply from the authorities as to any investigation to be made. It appears that the website does not actually have anything to download but we can not be certain until an official criminal investigation of fraud (at least) is made. According to many scam report sites, this website is only a fraud and scam and  It has been confirmed many times that they only take your money (membership fee) and provide nothing and no refunds. That is a criminal act and fraud. Why has that website been allowed to carry on? why no official criminal investigation after all the complaints? Who are they really?  Are they immune from any legal prosecution? Are they being protected by a high authority? Obviously, something is so wrong and it stinks with corruption. Why do we have laws to protect us that are ignored by officials?

I for one, want to know if that site actually has or does not have my ebooks for actual download. If anyone knows the address, email and/or phone number of this site, Please let me know. It is time to shut this site down and have them prosecuted or take actions ourselves. A class action lawsuit. We need a lawyer. I believe that the site is based in London. I tried to deal with authorities there too but just got a runaround and ended up nowhere. Why has the IP of these two websites not shut them down?

Privacy Protection Service INC d/b/a PrivacyProtect will not show site owners. Humm, a coverup for sure. They do offer a direct contact for the owner of these criminal websites. Ha go figure. Also you can report the owner for fraud and other criminal activity http://privacyprotect.org/ 

that appears to be the only thing we can do to stop their criminal activity. By doing so we may actually get them shut down for good.
