Download Paradise Download Scam drawing money from credit card on-going intranet Internet

I was trying to download an anti spyware I purchased and when I typed in the website the Paradise Download showed up saying the assistance would cost $3.00 for trial.  I thought this was strange but since it was $3.00, I clicked it thinking I would get support, which I did not.  Then I got an e-mail letting me know they were charging me $39.95 for 30 days of extended service that I never asked for.  I called the bank and tried to check on this and found out they billed me $41,90 and $40.50 in less than a week without my consent or authorization.  I needed to cancel my credit card which will add to the inconvienence of this.  I disputed these charges.  I mainly want others to be very aware of this company and what scam and rip off artists they truly are.
